I’ve been employed with the Window Washing Warriors for four years and have fallen in love with this summer job. It’s allowed me to travel and enjoy the summer from all over the Lakeland. I enjoy the outdoors, fishing, biking, and even a nice walk through our parks. I’m thankful for the opportunities to learn and grow on the job and help those in our community and surrounding communities. It’s not just about windows washing but the little things requiring a ladder that anyone may need. I’m thankful for the challenges every day that help me grow and learn in new ways to approach any obstacle that comes my way, not just in work but in life. Window washing isn’t my end goal but the support from my employer and team members has allowed me to shape my future and gain valuable experience along the way and for that I am grateful.

I love working for Window Washing Warriors because of its great team environment. I like that we all can trust each other to ensure everyone's safety. I find great satisfaction when a window is completely clean and seeing the joy on the customer's face.

Keagan Gauthier

I have recently been working with the Window Washing Warriors. In my spare time, I play as well as watch soccer as it is one of my passions. Alongside soccer, I also enjoy spending time outdoors, from fishing to just a scenic simple walk I enjoy the calming effect of being in nature. Being an employee of the window-washing warriors is about as good as a job gets. I appreciate the welcoming environment and I personally value the trust between employee and employer that comes from the conscious empathetic efforts of all. Although I haven't fully decided on my future I believe that this experience will be an important stepping stone and will help in creating a foundation in which I may succeed.

Duric Juhlin

I started working for the Window Washing Warriors in May of 2022, and it’s a great job. The flexible hours are great because I highly value my free time, and it allows me to better balance work and school. In my free time, I like to play video games, read, and play dungeons and dragons. I adore activities that get the creativity flowing like DnD, writing, and reading. My plan for the future is to go into an apprenticeship to become an electrician and develop games in my spare time using Unity.

My name is Dominic Simpson, I like to play sports and be outside. In five years I would like to be done my undergraduate and be in my first year at law school. Two things I like about window washing are I get to be outside lots and the other Team-members.
